Pa Kua Numbers of twins born in different years

My brother’s wife delivered twins even as 2009 ended. One was born in 2009 as he was born at 11:30 pm and the other, a girl, was born three hours later in 2010. Naturally, the year of birth is different though the time gap is only 3 hours. Will their pa kua number and lucky and unlucky directions differ?

First of all, we also keep in mind the gender for calculating the pa kua and the lucky direction. Secondly, the calculation is based on Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is to begin only on 14^th Feb 2007.
